Frequently Ask Questions?

The subscription grants you unlimited online access to a specified course related range of PDFs of medical books for the duration of your subscription.

After completion of payment you will be redirected to the dashboard off of your personal account. You need to select the course which you have subscribed for, in which you will be getting the course material in the form of online readable PDF material in full colour. You can read the material as many times as you like until your subscription is valid. Please remember to log out from the device after completion of your study.

You must log in again and use the OTP to enter the dashboard every subsequent time.

There is no limit to number of login and logout from individual subscribers, however any suspicious activities such as sharing the user ID and password login credentials to multiple candidates can be detected from our end and can lead to termination of subscription and penal action.

NO. NO subscribers cannot download PDFs for offline use This is not within the constraints of their subscription terms.
No, our service only provides online PDF access. We do not offer hard copies of the books.
It covers 65 to 70% of the screen which is sufficient for reading. Full screen view will not be possible.
No, each subscription is personal and cannot be shared. Unauthorized sharing may result in subscription termination.
My doctor guru is primarily aiming to help the students to prepare for their exams in case if your subscription is ending and your exam gets postponed we can offer free extension up to maximum one month for covering the exam at no extra cost. This is just a proposal but not commitment and will be individualized at company’s discretion only.

NO, we offer a 100 page trial file which you can explore our library before committing to a subscription.
You cannot cancel your subscription once subscribed for the said period.
No. You will be denied access after the set period of subscription after which you have to renew yourself
We offer NO refund of subscription for any dissatisfaction. Please go through the FAQ’s properly or contact the customer support for any queries before subscription only. We believe in transparency of our terms and conditions and only want you to subscribe if you are agreeing to the same terms and conditions. You cannot call up the customer care and demand refund if you have subscribed thinking it is the hard copy that will be supplied to you or any other such misconception.
Yes, you can access your account and PDFs from any device with internet connectivity. Every time you have to log in to the new device but have to log out from previous one. If the account is opened in multiple devices at the same time it can lead to termination of the subscription.
NO. Trying to download copy or print or taking screenshot or any other form of spurious activity can be detected from the website and can lead to termination of subscription and penal action as per law against the subscriber.
Yes, we offer a discount for all students and the discounted price is listed on website.

Using absurd and abusive language to our customer care executives for illogical reasons and demanding unrealistically can lead to termination of your subscription as per company policy.

Yes, subscribers can request any extra question/doubts, and we will endeavor to add them to our library if possible.
Presently no. We do not have a mobile app but planning for one in near future that provides a seamless reading experience on both Android and iOS devices.
This commonly happens if you are loading multiple PDF’s one after the other without even reading them just for a casual look or a scroll. Try log out and log in and try to read the material from one file at a time instead of flipping the files within few seconds or minutes if your Internet is slow the PDF may not open in such cases.
